Here is the second design for the boot topper. I updated the PDF and you can find it here. The question I had from most people was about yardage, so I did add that information on my project page. I tried to update the photos and text for the version on the download site, but for some reason I can’t figure out how to edit that part. Oh well!

It has taken me such a long time to get these finished, blocked and photographed, so I’ll probably not do the third one just yet. It’s really good airplane knitting so I’ll probably take design #3 with me on our January outing. Right now I’m trying to finish up a hat with the Flying Bird design (see my last post) as well as continuing to swatch for the coat/jacket I’m thinking about. The latter hasn’t gone at all well so far, and I’m thinking of taking a dramatic color turn that would make the colorwork portion more of a stand-out. We shall see with my next regular post.
